Meet Windy

Windy, a Family Nurse Practitioner with board certification, has dedicated over 25 years of her career to serving the greater Nashville area. Throughout her extensive experience, she has excelled in various roles, showcasing her vast knowledge and determination. Windy has served as a Clinical Nurse Educator in the MSICU, an instructor for BLS/ACLS, and a Primary Care provider. However, she has discovered her true passion in the Bariatric field. Previously, she held the position of Assistant Bariatric Program Coordinator at Centennial's Bariatric Center. In this role, she led patient education seminars, including pre-surgical classes, routine group follow-ups, and support groups, all aimed at enhancing overall patient success. Windy's commitment to weight loss management is evident through her years of dedicated research, making her an esteemed expert in the field.

    Yes. Your prescriptions are sent electronically to your pharmacy.

  • What is the initial cost?

    The initial cost for a new patient consultation appointment is $125. Follow-up appointments are $65. Payment is expected at the time of service.

  • Do you accept Insurance?

    We currently do not accept insurance. 

  • Do I need an appointment for my virtual visit?

    Yes, you must have an appointment and have completed online paperwork prior to appointment.

  • How do I prepare for my visit?

    • Please complete demographics & intake forms that is sent to you after scheduling prior to appointment.
    • Please have a  copy of you latest labwork
    • Please have a record of you recent blood pressure, heart rate and weight.

  • WHO do you treat?

    We treat Tennessee residents ages 16 and up through online Telehealth appointments.

  • Do I need to download an app for my visit?

    No, you will not need to download any new apps or software for your exam. To connect to a HIPPA secure video platform, just click the link provided in your reminder text or email.
